Woocommerce Guidelines

The following guidelines are for Woocommerce, please follow the steps below once the BRIJPAY link and Telr plugins are configured and completed by the BRIJPAY team.

1. BRIJPAY link has synchronised all your product inventory from mindbody. Please now go through all products (tagged with “Mindbody”) individually in woocommerce as seen below. 

2. For those that you wish to sell online, you will need to categorise, all products imported are synchronised from mindbody as uncategorised, you may choose to leave them as uncategorised if you prefer.You can add categories with a bulk edit or by clicking on 'edit' on the product and then selecting the categories and tags you want applied.

Once you've added the categories and/or tags remember to scroll up and 'save draft' or 'publish' if you have finished all your edits.

3. Add images to each product that you wish to sell online.

You can add descriptions and images to your product here:

4.If you are using your own WordPress/Woo commerce shop ensure that there are call to action buttons on your website, such as: buy now or add to cart.

These will appear automatically if you are using the Brijpay 'One Pager' Product.

5. Choose sku, categories and tags if you so wish

6. Make sure that the products you would like to sell are no longer drafts, by Publishing them (making them available for purchase on your website)

Once published they will appear with an 'add to cart' button.
